Welcome to Kimpton Taconic Hotel. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Vermont. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Resort Fees:

  • Daily Resort Fee of $30 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    • Parking
    • Daily shuttle service to multiple destinations (based on availability at time of request)
    • In-room Staycast video streaming service to stream content from 1000+ apps through guest room TV
    • Upgraded WiFi speed throughout the hotel’s guest rooms and public spaces for up to 5 devices (Normally a $14.99 charge.)
    • 24 hour fitness room
    • Seasonal Heated Pool usage

Digital Check-in & Checkout​:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service is available in Copper Grouse from 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. or a coffee maker can be provided upon request.
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine in the comfort of your room, the terrace or the lawn. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is currently suspended. Self-Parking is available on property and included in your daily resort fee.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. We offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also reach out to us directly at the front desk to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton’s Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Grab-and-Go breakfast items are available for purchase Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at Copper Grouse. Complimentary coffee is also available each morning.
  • Copper Grouse is open Thursday - Monday for dine-in and pick-up. View Hours & Menus. Make a Reservation.

In-Room Dining:

  • In Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery for Breakfast and Dinner. Place an in-room dining order by contacting the front desk.

Concierge Services:

  • In need of Manchester or surrounding town restaurant recommendations for dine-in or delivery? Contact the front desk for a curated list of our favorites.

Fitness Center:

  • For the health and safety of our guests and employees, our fitness center is open with social distancing guidelines.

Pool Availability:

  • Closed for the season.
