Bradley’s Ski Shop
Located on the way to both Bromley and Stratton ski areas, Bradley’s has partnered with Taconic to provide new equipment rentals at $25 for kid’s ski rentals, to $35 for adult ski rentals. Ski rentals include boots, bindings, poles and skis. Snowboard rentals are also available at the time of booking at $35 for boots and boards.
HuskyWorks Mushing Co.
HuskyWorks’ kennel is made up of all purebred siberians, each with a very unique personality. HuskyWorks spends as much time with the dogs on the trail as they can, running almost daily most weeks. They will run during daylight hours as well as night adventures with high powered headlamps, or when possible by moonlight.
Stratton Adventures Snowmobiles
Enjoy an evening of fun and adventure on our guided 1-hour Mountain Tour for adults and families. Explore the slopes of after hours with experienced guides as they lead you from base, along several trails and to the summit. Great for beginners and experienced snowmobilers alike!
Viking Nordic Center
In nearby Londonderry, beautiful wind through old woods, past classic Vermont scenery, around a busy beaver pond, and along-side the West River. Terrain is mixed from easy, short wooded loops that keep skiers out of the wind and near the ski center to longer treks out to picnic tables placed at scenic vistas.
Sleigh Rides with Taylor Farm
Box-style sleighs on runners are pulled by Belgian draft horses… a magical experience in Winter! Sleigh rides are offered on the hour during the weekends and last approximately 45 minutes including a fireside stop in the woods with beautiful views of the various ski mountains.
Snowshoeing at Hildene
Hildene is a historic home built in 1905 by President Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln's son, Robert as a summer residence. Sprawling and scenic grounds include 12 miles of snowshoe and Nordic ski trails with varying levels of difficulty. Ski and snowshoe rentals for children and adults.
